How to use AskQ

Feed it. Ask it. It just works.

Three escalating lessons — each one ends with an "aha" moment. Start with a 30-second text, graduate to snapping receipts, then let email do the feeding for you.

Lesson 1 · 30-second aha

Type to remember, ask to retrieve

  2. Type: save: my passport expires March 2027
  3. AskQ replies: ✅ Got it
  4. Now ask: when does my passport expire?

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to install an app?
No. AskQ works entirely inside WhatsApp, which you already have. There's nothing to download and no password to remember — you verify by sending one WhatsApp message.
Which languages can I ask in?
English, Cantonese (廣東話) and Mandarin (普通話). You can even mix them in one message — AskQ understands and replies in kind.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each user gets their own private, isolated memory. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, we only contact you via WhatsApp, and you can ask us to delete everything anytime.
What happens if AskQ doesn't know the answer?
If you haven't stored the information yet, AskQ will tell you honestly — and suggest how to feed it: forward an email, snap a receipt, or type save: anything. It won't make things up.
How do I get started?
Click Try AskQ at the top of this page. Enter your phone number, tap the WhatsApp link we show you, send the pre-filled message, enter the 6-digit code — done. Your @askq.chat address is created instantly.
