1. What AskQ provides

AskQ stores information you send it and answers questions about that information over WhatsApp. It's a helpful assistant, not a system of record — always verify anything important (dates, amounts, legal or financial decisions) against the original source.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your WhatsApp number — keep access to it secure.
• You're responsible for the content you send and for using AskQ lawfully.
• You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use AskQ to store or process content that is illegal, that you have no right to share, or that abuses the service (for example, attempting to overload it or extract other users' data). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Subscription & billing

• AskQ is free to start. The optional paid plan is a simple monthly subscription, billed securely by card.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
• Photo and PDF scanning may be subject to a fair-use allowance — see Pricing.

5. Availability

We work to keep AskQ available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. AskQ relies on WhatsApp and third-party AI services that may occasionally be unavailable.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AskQ isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on its answers. Always confirm important details against the original document.

7. Changes & contact
